Retirement Design Group works exclusively for our
clients. Many customers find they can upgrade their retirement plan without changing providers, simply by adding our
specialized services.
Others find they have outgrown their current provider. When this happens we will
conduct a comprehensive market search and apply our experience to find the right fit for you. Having us on your side makes
the search process much easier, as we make sure you get the straight story about the limitations and strengths of potential
providers.
You can engage Retirement Design Group in several ways:
- Replace your current broker - often the compensation already imbedded in your 401k plan is sufficient to pay
for our services with no increase in costs to you. Some plan sponsors are not aware that commissions are being paid to
a broker or advisor because they are receiving little to no service in return.
- Hire us on a Fee for Service Basis - as an Investment Adviser Representative of Financial Telesis, Inc., an SEC
Registered Investment Adviser, we can work on a fee for service basis. This allows you to keep your current
broker/adviser, while hiring Retirement Design Group on a per project basis.
- Change 401(k) providers - and appoint us as your representative in the process. We can then assist you in the
process of changing providers and ensure the services promised become the services delivered.
